Why coated cars need it
Harsh detergents and brush washes wear a coating down. We use pH-neutral shampoo, a light iron and tar decontamination, then a top-up spray that renews the beading. On PPF we check the edges too.

What is the difference between a maintenance wash and a normal wash?
It is for coated or filmed cars: coating-safe chemicals and a top-up that restores beading.
Will my coating warranty need this?
No. The warranty needs a free inspection at the studio every six months, and the D24 app reminds you. Maintenance washes every two to four weeks keep the coating at its best.
Can I wash a coated car at home?
Yes, with pH-neutral shampoo and two buckets. Avoid brush washes and acidic wheel cleaners.
