Who we are

What we collect

Mobile number: to sign you in with a one-time code sent by SMS, and to contact you about your bookings and vehicles.

Name and email (optional): to put on your invoices and warranty certificates.

Vehicle details: registration number, and the make, model, year, colour, chassis and engine number, registration, insurance, pollution (PUC) and road-tax dates and pending traffic fines fetched from government records (VAHAN / e-Challan) through our licensed data provider, so we can show your documents, remind you before they expire, and price services for your vehicle.

Service records: bookings, invoices, payments, warranty certificates, wash plans and the photos or notes our team adds to your job.

Pick-up location: only when you ask us to collect your vehicle, the pin you drop on the map.

Website usage: Google Analytics records pages visited and buttons clicked (for example WhatsApp or call), without your name or number.

How we use it

To run your account, bookings, invoices, warranties and reminders; to send sign-in codes and service messages by SMS; to work out pick-up fees; to improve our services. We do not sell your information and we do not send promotional SMS without your consent.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run D24 Studio, each for that purpose alone: our SMS provider (to deliver codes and messages), our vehicle-data provider (to look up your registration), our hosting and database providers, and Google Analytics. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

As long as your account is active and for as long as tax and warranty records must be kept (invoices: at least 8 years under Indian GST law). Sign-in codes expire within 5 minutes and are stored only in hashed form.

Security

The site and app are served only over HTTPS. Sign-in codes and staff PINs are stored hashed, sessions are protected cookies, and staff access is limited by role.

Your choices

You can see and correct your details in the app (Account), remove a vehicle, or ask us to delete your account by writing to info@d24.studio or WhatsApp +91 87628 05856. We will delete what we are not required by law to keep. You may also contact us with any grievance about your data at the same address; we aim to reply within 7 days.

Children

Our services are for vehicle owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
