About these terms

These terms apply to www.d24.studio and the D24 Studio customer app, run by HLK Automobile Detailers (OPC) Private Limited, trading as D24 Studio. By signing in or booking you agree to them. Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code sent by SMS. Keep your phone secure and do not share the code; anyone with it can open your account. Please give correct details for yourself and your vehicles.

Prices and bookings

Prices on the site and in the app are starting prices before GST (18%). Every job starts with a free inspection, and the final price is agreed with you before we start work. A booking request is confirmed only when we confirm it in the app or by message. Please tell us at least a few hours ahead if you need to cancel.

Wash plans

Wash plans are paid in advance and give one wash a week for the plan period, with the free washes and polishes shown when you subscribe. A plan covers vehicles of the same class on your mobile number. Each wash unlocks a week after the previous one; washes not used by the end of the plan period lapse. Plans are not refundable once active, except where required by law.

Pick-up

Pick-up is free within 5 km of the studio (with a 10% allowance) and charged at ₹25 per km beyond 5 km. Please hand over the vehicle with the keys and documents we ask for and no valuables inside. Our driver checks the vehicle with you at pick-up.

Warranties

Coating and film warranties are issued as certificates in the app, with the brand, coverage and period. They depend on the scheduled inspections being done and on the care instructions we give you, and do not cover accident damage, misuse or work done elsewhere.

Vehicle documents and fines

Registration, insurance, PUC, tax and fines information comes from government records through our data provider and is shown for convenience. It may be delayed or incomplete; please rely on the official sources for legal purposes.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or app, try to access other people’s information, or interfere with how it works.

Liability

We take care of your vehicle while it is with us. Except where the law does not allow it, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mangaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version.
