What you can ask us to delete

Your D24 Studio account, the vehicles on it, and your WhatsApp chats with the D24 Studio assistant (+91 87628 05856). This page also serves as the data deletion instructions for our WhatsApp Business app on Meta.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject “Data deletion request”, or message us on WhatsApp at +91 87628 05856. Give the mobile number on your account (with country code) and tell us what you want deleted. To stop the WhatsApp assistant only, you can also simply stop messaging it.

What happens next

We may ask you to confirm that the number is yours. Once confirmed, we delete or anonymise your data and tell you when it is done. Sign-in codes are already removed within minutes.

What we have to keep

Invoices and the records behind them must be kept for at least 8 years under Indian GST law, and warranty certificates for as long as the warranty runs. We keep only those, and only for that purpose.
