Services
Every job starts with an inspection and the price is agreed with you before work begins. Services are billed when the work is done, so there is normally nothing to refund. If you are unhappy with the work, tell us within 7 days and we will inspect the vehicle and put it right; where that is not possible we will agree a fair refund for the affected part of the work.
Bookings
You can cancel or reschedule a booking in the app or by calling or messaging us at any time before the appointment. There is no charge for cancelling a booking.
Advance payments
If you paid in advance for a service and cancel before work starts, or we cannot carry out the work, we refund the full amount. Work already done and materials already fitted for you (for example cut film) are not refundable.
Wash plans
A wash plan can be cancelled free of charge before it is paid. Once paid and active, a plan is not refundable and unused washes lapse at the end date, except where the law requires otherwise or we are unable to provide the washes, in which case we refund the unused washes at the per-wash price you paid.
Warranties
Coating and film warranties are honoured as described on the certificate: we repair or redo the affected area. Warranty claims are not paid out in cash.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method. Online payments are refunded through Razorpay and usually reach your account in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank. Cash payments are refunded by cash or bank transfer.
Failed or duplicate payments
If money left your account but the payment did not complete, Razorpay or your bank reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days. If you were charged twice for the same bill, write to us with the payment reference and we will refund the extra payment.
